DAMON RYALS
Principal Counsel
Damon has represented some of the largest financial institutions in real estate & business litigation matters as independent default servicing counsel & also as in-house counsel within the banking industry.
He’s an active, long-time real estate investor & condo owner, which gives him an unique insight into & respect for the needs of clients—making it only natural to handle the real estate & business matters of others just as he does for his own companies.
Damon is a 2004 Graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, has a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Banking; both, from the University of Alabama.
He’s licensed to practice in Alabama State Courts, and both the Federal District & Bankruptcy Courts for all Districts of Alabama. He also maintains an inactive, unrestricted license to practice law in Texas for special litigation projects.
